TanChun was just a little girl when she fell into the rabbit hole of Hayao Miyazaki's legendary filmography. Thereafter, her imagination became an architect of high fantasy, dreaming up grand worlds in the spirit of Tolkien that she would eventually translate from the canvas of her mind onto the cinematic page. TanChun often compares her passion for storytelling to the fearless freedom of Porco Rosso's red plane.
